Right now in 2019, if you want to start Online business with no money then it’s very easy to start but I can’t say the same for Offline business because you will need lot’s of money and business partner and many other things to work that business. I have already written an article about how to start a business in the online market and after that, some of you are asking me to make an article about how to start a business in the offline market, so here I am, let’s begin…
How to start Business in Offline Market
There are lot’s of thing that you need to take care before you start your business in the offline market, and here are some points that might help you,
First of all, decide which kind of business you want to start, for example, grocery store, stationery shop, clothing stores, mobile shop, and etc. Keep in mind, no matter what you start in the offline market, you will need some amount of money because, for the first time, you will need to buy products for your shop, pay rent for a shop, electricity bills, and lot’s of other things that you need to take care of.
So make sure you have enough money to start a business.
One of the most important things that you need to do is, come up with a good name for your business because you know “The first impression is the last impression”. So make sure your business has a good & unique name, now if you don’t have any idea where to find the good business name then you can take a look at, these given websites,
- Ask your relatives
- Give your own name to a business
- Take a poll on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc
- Godaddy, Bigrock, Site Ground, Blue host
Once you found a good name for your Offline business, after that, just register that name on Godaddy or any other website, so if in case you want to start a website or want to sell product online then it will help you a lot.
Build a Team
If you want to start a business in the offline market then you must need to have a team because you can’t handle all the stuff on your own, but of course, when you hire a team, you have to pay them as per their jobs. Now suppose you don’t have a budget to hire extra people then involve your family member in your business, now you don’t need to pay anything.
It always depends on your business, for example, if your business very big then you need to hire extra people, and if you are staring with small business then don’t waste your money to build a team.
Register Your Business to Government
Registering company with Government is not that easy because we all know how India government system works right but yes you will need to register your company name & get GST number because GST number is a most important part in any company in 2019.

Now as I have said it depends on your business. If your business is very big then you must have to register your business name to the government but if you are staring with small business then it depends on you whether you want to pay tex or not? just kidding…
Whether it’s small or big business, if you are serious about that business then just register your business name to the government.
Find a Place
So you have selected a name for your business, build a team, registered company name to a government. Now it’s time to find a good place where you can start your business, so make sure whenever you find a shop for business, it must be in the middle of main Market (Bajar).
If you rent a shop in a crowded area then it’s good for your business, but keep in mind you have to offer something new to a customer because if you are starting out new then no one will buy from you. So start monthly the sale, promote your shop, offer something new that no one has done it offered before…
No matter what kind of products you are selling, how much you have invested in your business if people don’t know about your shop then how you gonna earn a profit. So for that, you can start marketing.
So the question is “how to do marketing?”
If your shop located in only your city then you can make templates of your business, put all the information on that paper, and place all the templates on daily newspaper. Of course, you will need to pay some money to those people who are selling a newspaper but it will be worth it.
You can also start an AD campaign on Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Twitter.
Note: If you are investing your money in marketing then don’t think you have wasted that money in marketing because the end of it will be coming to your pockets. So yes marketing is one type of investment…
Create a Website
Once your business is doing well and you are earning a profit, so now you can create a website for your business. Basically, just put all the product that you are selling on your shop on that website, so if your customers want to buy anything from your shop then they can directly buy from your website.
For example, Rahul wants to buy Xiaomi Redmi K20.
So Rahul can directly go to the website and order that phone, and you can deliver that phone in 1 hour or 2 hours. All the delivery charger and pricing will be there on your website, so no need to do anything.
I know right now it sounds too much work, but as I have said if your business becomes big and you have enough money that you can invest then the website could be a great idea.
By the way, you don’t need to invest lot’s of money to create a website, just buy a domain name, good hosting plan, and nice & simple theme and you good to go.
No matter how big or small your business is, never forgot to take feedback from your customers. Feedbacks will help you to improve business, and if you are doing some wrong then feedbacks can be very helpful.
You can build a website for your business and you can ask your customers to go there and share your experience or create a Facebook page. You can also place a feedback box outside of your shop.
Be Patience & Discipline
If you read every point that I have mentioned above then now only one thing you have to do, Patience & Discipline. Sometime you will make a profit and sometime you will go into the losses, so just be patient and do what you have to do to grow your company. Now I gonna leave you with this beautiful quote,
